The mission of the center is to qualify job seekers to the labor market. The centers working on equipping attendees with the required qualifications to the proposed jobs. Also, the center prepares the specialized training courses to build the capacities and the knowledge of the attendees.

The foundation has signed an agreement of partnership between NASS academy – National Academy for Science and Skills- for vocational training to make professional training programs based on the new technologies and skills, and progressed knowledge that meets the international demand to a high quality and professional vocational market.

Through the collaboration between the Zaitouns’s version foundation and the Bishopric of Services, the foundation sends people who wants to get vocational trainings at Shoubra El-Kheima.

The foundation had participated in many employment fairs with International Labour Organization (ILO), The Egyptian Ministry of Youth, and at El-Say Wheel.

The purpose of the training is to increase the soft skills capacity to the hospital’ staff of all departments for better productivity and results in their daily work and communication with customers, colleagues and mangers at work. Employees from front desk, cashiers, secretaries, and human resources and personnel enrolled in the trainings. Through the cooperation with CIT –Center of International Trainings- a series of trainings with different topics were conducted such as; communication skills, problem solving, customer service, time management, negotiation, and working under stress.
